Marist Auckland Water Polo

Competition Games:

Champions for the 2011 season have been found. Congratulations to all the teams that competed in the competition this year. All WPI Ltd competitions have concluded for the 2011 season. The 2012 season is likely to commence on Friday July 20th.

Tournament Dates:

Winter Festival 2012 - 10th to 12th of August

Tim Sonderer Tournament 2012 - 21st to 23rd of September

2012 North Island Year 7 and 8 Championships from October 25th to 28th

Costs:

To enter either League, that is Central (played out of Epsom Girls Grammar) or Eastern (played out of Sacred Heart College), each team will need to pay $230 (GST incl). If a School has multiple entries then they will need to pay multiple team entry fees. An invoice will be generated to your school once you enter. This fee covers the pool hire, equipment cost, administrative and referee costs. On competition Fridays there is also a $2 entry fee for spectators and players. The League does not and has not run at a profit in the past neither is it our intention to do so. Pool hire fees have risen (as has the minimum wage) over the last 11 years quite dramatically and we can no longer carry such a large loss.
